What this role is about
- As a Talent Acquisition Analyst, you will support our People team with a dedicated focus on Recruitment and Employer Branding.
- This is not a passive recruitment role; it requires a strong hunter mentality to actively seek out top talent rather than waiting for applications to arrive. You will take charge of leading the search for key, high‑impact positions within the company. Working closely with team leaders,
you will help identify staffing needs and gain insights into current job market trends—such as talent availability, salary benchmarks, and in‑demand skills to effectively attract suitable candidates.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the full recruitment process, from defining job descriptions to extending offers, and collaborating with leaders to understand hiring needs.
- Lead the active hunting and outbound sourcing of candidates for critical roles, particularly BDRs and English Consultants.
- Identify and attract suitable candidates using various channels; review resumes, perform interviews and assess candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Integrate AI tools to optimize and automate recruitment processes, enhancing operational efficiency.
- Manage and lead the company's Employer Branding strategy.
- Support culture and engagement initiatives.
