About the role





We are looking for an Agentic Coding Engineer to join our Agentic Development practice — a hands‑on build role at the frontier of AI‑driven software delivery. You will work alongside product and delivery teams to ship production software by directing AI coding agents, designing the tool integrations that power them, and building the multi‑agent workflows that keep everything fast, safe, and reviewable.

In this role, prompts, agent configurations, skills, and MCP tool integrations are treated as first‑class engineering assets — version‑controlled, tested, and held to the same quality bar as any other production code. You will operate at the intersection of software engineering rigor and emerging agentic tooling, helping define how the practice scales across client engagements.
