About the job Project Manager (PM) - Remote

We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in managing software development projects to join our team.

What you’ll do:
- Lead and oversee software development projects from start to finish.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and clients or stakeholders.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Create detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Promote best practices in Agile, Scrum, or other frameworks used by the team.

What we are looking for:
- 4+ years of experience managing software development projects across distributed teams.
- Strong understanding of software development processes, methodologies,



and lifecycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum frameworks, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Experience with version control and issue-tracking systems (e.g., Git, Jira).
- Solid technical understanding of software systems.
- Proficiency in English (C1-C2), both written and spoken.

Nice to have:
- Scrum Master certification is highly valued.
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or a related field.
