MILL5 is looking for a highly autonomous and strategic HR & People Operations Lead to join our Latin America team. This role is responsible for owning and continuously improving key people processes across recruitment, onboarding, culture, wellbeing, conflict resolution, performance management, and labor compliance.

The adecuado candidate is proactive, process-oriented, and emotionally mature. Someone capable of working cross-functionally with leaders, employees, and internal teams. This person builds trust across the organization, maintains clear role boundaries, and brings professional communication and strong process ownership.

MILL5 is a growing software consulting and AI company working with organizations across industries to deliver business and technology solutions across Cloud Computing, AI/ML, Data, IoT, Analytics, Modern Applications, and Security. We have a global footprint with offices in the United States, Latin America, Europe, and Asia. This role is based in Colombia and works primarily with our LatAm team, with regular collaboration across our teams in the United States and India.





What you’ll do

Recruitment
- Own and continuously improve the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and non‑technical roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, evaluation criteria, and selection decisions.
- Maintain the candidate pipeline with up-to‑date status, blockers, and next steps.
- Ensure a structured, professional candidate experience from first contact to close.
- Identify bottlenecks and improve hiring quality, speed, and consistency.

Onboarding and employee integration
- Lead the onboarding process so every new hire is properly introduced, equipped, and integrated.
- Coordinate access, tools, communication channels, and role clarity from day one.
- Partner with internal teams to create a smooth transition from offer to active contribution.
- Support client introductions when applicable.

Culture and wellbeing
