About the role

As a Frontend Tech Lead, you will drive the design, architecture, and delivery of scalable, high-performance web applications for mission-critical systems. You will provide technical leadership to frontend teams, define best practices, mentor engineers, and collaborate closely with product, architecture, and engineering stakeholders to ensure high-quality solutions. This role combines hands‑on development with technical strategy, ownership, and team enablement.

What We're Looking For
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced English level (required).
- 8+ years of professional software development experience.




- 7+ years of hands‑on experience with React.js and modern frontend architectures.
- Proven experience leading frontend teams, technical initiatives, and architectural decisions.
- Strong experience designing and implementing microfrontend architectures at enterprise scale.
- Experience defining frontend standards, code quality practices, and development workflows.
- Solid knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases and their integration patterns.
- Strong expertise with GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Advanced Security, and GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience building cloud-native applications on AWS.
- Proven experience creating, maintaining, or deeply integrating Software Development Kits (SDKs), particularly within React‑based ecosystems.
- Experience driving engineering best practices, code reviews, technical mentoring, and cross‑functional collaboration.
