Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative at Innovate AI Solutions, you will be at the center of our carrier coverage operations, ensuring every load gets covered efficiently and profitably. You will actively work load boards, negotiate with carriers across the US, and build lasting relationships that guarantee capacity when our clients need it most. This role also carries growth potential into shipper-side sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Search and contact carriers on load boards (DAT, Truckstop, and similar platforms) to cover active FTL, LTL, and drayage loads.
- Negotiate carrier rates ensuring client competitiveness and adequate gross profit margins.
- Build and maintain recurring carrier relationships to secure capacity on frequent lanes.
- Coordinate with the Operations Flow Analysts team to confirm carrier availability and pickup windows.
- Manage and update the CRM with carrier contacts, negotiated rates, and coverage status.
- Communicate load details to carriers: origin, destination, service type, dates, special instructions,



and rate confirmations.
- Follow up with carriers from load acceptance through confirmed pickup.
- Meet coverage and gross profit targets set by the client and Director of Operations.
- Report any carrier with irregular behavior, non-compliance, or service issues to the Commercial Operations team.
- Support identification of new business opportunities aligned with the client's strategic direction.

Key Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's or technical degree in Business, Sales, Logistics, Technology, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in B2B sales, transportation operations, or logistics industry services.
- English: C1 level or higher — fluent phone communication and carrier negotiation in the US.
- Tools: Proficiency with load boards (DAT, Truckstop), CRM systems, and communication platforms.
- Skills: Negotiation, objection handling, and commercial relationship‑building capabilities.
