We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Staff Accountant to join our Accounting team. This role will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations across multiple locations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, payroll processing, sales reporting, expense management, and tax compliance.
The idóneo candidate is highly organized, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records while supporting the month-end close process and operational reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable
- Enter and accurately code vendor invoices to the appropriate entity, location, and general ledger account.
- Perform three-way matching, obtain required approvals, and prepare payment runs.
- Maintain vendor records and resolve invoice, payment, and statement discrepancies.

Accounts Receivable
- Generate invoices for catering, events, house accounts, and other customer receivables.




- Apply customer payments and maintain accurate accounts receivable records.
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances to ensure timely collections.

Daily Sales & Cash Management
- Record daily sales activity and reconcile POS reports to bank deposits across multiple locations.
- Monitor daily bank activity, including deposits, transfers, and cash transactions.
- Research and resolve deposit discrepancies, overages, shortages, and cash variances with operational teams.
- Manage and reconcile petty cash and house bank balances.

Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations
- Perform monthly reconciliations for assigned bank and credit card accounts.
- Reconcile merchant processor activity, including transaction fees, chargebacks, and timing differences.
- Investigate and resolve reconciling items in a timely manner.

Payroll Support
- Process payroll for multiple locations, including hourly and
