Role Summary and Impact

We're looking for a strategic media operations leader to shape the future of our global delivery model. As Director of Media Operations, you'll lead the partnership between our US teams and Global Operations Center (GOC), driving service expansion, operational excellence, and scalable growth across the business.

This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to influence senior leaders,



improve how work gets done at scale, and unlock new ways of delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the strategy for offshore operations, driving adoption, utilization, and service expansion.
- Serve as the primary bridge between US stakeholders and integral delivery teams.
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and scalability.
- Lead governance, quality management, and continuous improvement initiatives across offshore services.
- Forecast resource needs and support workforce planning to meet evolving business demands.
- Champion best practices, operational consistency, and new ways of working across teams.
