We are expanding our onsite team in Medellín and looking for driven Sales Development Representatives to help us generate qualified opportunities for our Sales team.
This is a high-activity outbound role that involves daily calls, emails, follow-ups, appointment setting, and CRM updates. If you are resilient, coachable, and excited to build a career in sales, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct outbound prospecting through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
- Qualify and nurture leads to understand their needs and determine whether there is a fit.
