Total Rewards Specialist

Amrize is seeking a Total Rewards Specialist to join the Human Resources team. This role will focus on supporting compensation, benefits, and HR analytics processes in Colombia through data analysis, reporting, and market benchmarking. The position contributes to internal equity, market competitiveness, and compliance with corporate guidelines and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze compensation data and conduct internal equity analysis.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of total compensation structures (fixed, variable, and benefits).
- Execute job evaluation processe.
- Analyze workforce cost data, headcount, and FTE metrics and generate reports.
- Develop and maintain compensation analytics dashboards and KPIs tracking.
- Analyze market data and benchmarking information in compensation and benefits.




- Support the administration and monitoring of benefits programs.
- Maintain data quality and consistency in HR systems related to compensation and benefits.
- Prepare reports and presentations to support HR and Finance decision‑making.
- Support audits, validations, and control processes.
- Support all other HR processes and initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
- Experience working with large datasets, trend analysis, and scenario modeling.
- Advanced Excel skills, VBA.
- Data visualization tools (Power BI, Qlik, Looker Studio, or similar).
- HAY Job Evaluation Methodology or similar (Desirable).
- English: Required – Level B2.
