We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior NetSuite Developer to join our Financial Business Systems team and drive the development and maintenance of custom solutions within the NetSuite platform. In this role, you will have the opportunity to design, build, and test custom solutions that drive business value, while also participating in an on‑call support rotation to ensure the smooth operation of our systems.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert (SME), partnering with Finance, Treasury, Transaction Operations, and Product to proactively analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs and SOX‑compliant solutions.
- Architect, design, develop, and optimize custom NetSuite solutions (SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteFlow, custom records) that ensure data integrity and can reliably support 10 times transaction volume across financial modules (GL, AR, AP).
- Own and optimize robust, high-performance integrations between NetSuite and key financial systems (e.g., Coupa, Concur, Stripe) using SuiteTalk, RESTlets,



and integration middleware, focusing on idempotency and error handling for mission‑critical data.
- Mandate and execute rigorous unit, system integration, and performance testing to certify that solutions meet performance SLAs and maintain SOX‑required segregation of duties (SOD) and control points before deployment.
- Collaborate with other teams or act as incident commander if needed to support and troubleshoot for complex production issues, identifying and resolving root causes with a focus on preventing recurrence and preserving system stability during month‑end close.
