At Gallagher, we believe in creating solutions that make a difference. As a Claims Tandem Adjuster, you'll play a vital role in supporting our claims adjusters through the GCOE Buddy System. This innovative approach ensures streamlined operations,



accurate documentation, and improved efficiency, allowing adjusters to focus on high-value activities. Your work will directly contribute to delivering exceptional claims management services and enhancing the overall experience for our clients.

How you'll make an impact

In this role, you’ll be the trusted "buddy" for claims adjusters, helping them focus on strategic decision-making while you manage essential administrative tasks. You’ll:
- Ensure medical notes and records are accurately documented and meet standards.
- Collaborate closely with adjusters to prioritize tasks and resolve critical updates.
- Track workflows and deadlines using Gallagher’s claims management software.
- Participate in training sessions to continuously improve your skills and contribute to process enhancements.
- Support audits and reporting to maintain quality and efficiency in claims management.
