Back Office BPO Nurse – Regenerative Medicine

Requirements
- Education: Degree in Nursing (Professional, Technical, or Associate level).
- Languages: Advanced English (Minimum C1 level, must be verifiable).
- Experience: 1–2 years in patient care, call centers, BPO, or healthcare sales roles.
- Skills: Excellent communication and sales/commercial skills.

Responsibilities
- Contact potential patients via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Provide information regarding treatments (non-diagnostic).
- Resolve inquiries and guide patient decision-making.
- Schedule medical appointments.
- Record all activity in the CRM and perform consistent follow-ups.

Conditions
- Contract: Project-based / Task-based contract (Obra o Labor).
- Compensation: Base salary + commissions per scheduled patient.
- Modality: On-site.

Preferred Qualifications (Plus)
- Experience in medical tourism or regenerative medicine.
- Experience managing international patients.
