Position Purpose

The Retail Store Operation Specialist supports the development and operation of OPPO Experience Stores by analyzing retail performance, maintaining operational standards, coordinating retail activities, and contributing to customer experience improvement and store expansion initiatives.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Economics, International Business, or related fields.
- Recent graduates with strong analytical capabilities and knowledge of retail operations are also encouraged to apply.

Preferred Background
- Experience or knowledge of retail operations, store management, consumer electronics, telecommunications, or the retail industry.
- Understanding of retail KPIs and commercial performance indicators.
- Exposure to sales analysis, store operations,



visual merchandising, or customer experience management is highly desirable.

Technical Knowledge
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, formulas, and data analysis.
- Knowledge of retail KPIs such as Sell-Out, Traffic, Conversion Rate, Productivity, and Accessories Attachment Rate.
- Understanding of retail operations and store processes.
- Knowledge of Visual Merchandising principles and store standards.
- Basic project coordination and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools is an advantage.
- Intermediate English proficiency is preferred.
