Purpose of the Role

The Sales Manager will be a cornerstone of RAM BPO's commercial growth. This role leads both hands-on sales execution and the design of our commercial strategywith a sharp focus on new client acquisition, market expansion, and building the sales function from the ground up.

This is a builder-seller role: You will sell from day one, laying the foundation before scaling the team.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute a scalable growth strategy aligned with company OKRs.

Lead, coach, and manage the sales team.

Analyze performance data and optimize the sales funnel.

Report sales KPIs and performance to the executive team.

Develop go-to-market strategies and open new business verticals.

Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets (new clients).
