Salesforce Developer
We are seeking a midlevel Salesforce Developer (Contract) based in Colombia to support and extend a highly integrated Salesforce environment. This role is execution focused and adecuado for a developer who is comfortable working in an established org, contributing both to day to day support and new development, while collaborating closely with an experienced Salesforce Developer and CRM leadership.
This is not an entry level role and not intended to be a long term architecture owner. The successful candidate will be hands on, pragmatic, and able to work semi independently within clearly defined priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a mix of Salesforce support and new development, including urgent issuer resolution (“firefighting”) and planned enhancements
- Build, enhance, and maintain Apex based solutions, including batch processing and refactoring or scaling legacy low code automation where appropriate
- Develop and optimize SOQL queries with performance and platform limits in mind
- Implement and support Salesforce integrations,
including custom API callouts and out of the box connectors
- Work within a highly integrated ecosystem, supporting connections with systems such as: Zoom Events, Bizzabo, CMS platforms, Internal integration bus, Sage Intacct, Fivetran
- Collaborate closely with a seasoned Salesforce Developer who provides higher level technical direction and deep business context
- Execute work primarily assigned by CRM leadership, with additional tasks flowing through a ticketing system for day day Salesforce needs
- Document work clearly and follow established development and deployment practices

- Revenue Cloud experience is helpful but not required; exposure and willingness to learn are sufficient

- 2–4 years of hand son Salesforce development experience
