We are looking for a Senior Art Director with experience in conceptualization and design, passionate about developing creative ideas and high‑impact visual executions. This role works collaboratively with creative teams to build concepts aligned with brand strategy, leading the visual development of campaigns across digital and multichannel environments. This is a key position for proactive profiles with strategic thinking and the ability to turn ideas into effective creative solutions.

Responsabilidades




- Develop creative concepts and visual proposals aligned with brand strategy.
- Lead the execution of graphic pieces and campaigns across different channels, especially digital.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, creative reviews, and project kick‑offs.
- Collaborate with creative teams (copy, design, production) to ensure conceptual and visual coherence.
- Translate briefs into clear, innovative, and on‑strategy creative solutions.
- Oversee the visual quality of deliverables and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Stay up‑to‑date with design, creativity, and digital content trends.

Cualificaciones
- 5+ years of experience as an Art Director or in similar roles within agencies or creative environments.
- Solid experience in conceptualization and creative development.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD).
- Experience in digital design; knowle
