Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated candidate who has experience in freight forwarding industry and deep knowledge of ocean freight. Knowledge of air and road transport is desirable.
You are a hands-on operations team leader and have the drive and the skill to inspire, coach and develop people. You can identify commercial opportunities and translate them into wins for the future. You are an expert in communication and deliver excellent service to customers and other subsidiaries within our group. The idóneo candidate will also manage larger accounts from start to finish, including booking, documentation,



and invoicing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of transport coordinators in their daily operations.
- Motivate, coach, and develop team members to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Act as an experienced people manager to build team performance and cohesion.
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operational activities within the transport department.
- Ensure smooth execution of transport operations from A to Z (end-to-end process).
- Maintain close follow-up with clients regarding their transport activities.
- Handle and resolve client complaints effectively and professionally.
- Manage transport files thoroughly, including documentation and compliance.
- Control margins and ensure profitability of operations.
- Handle invoicing accurately and in a timely manner.
