Our sales team in Cali is seeking a Trainee or “Filtrino,” as we call it internally to start their journey with us. In this role, you will work alongside our team to contact, qualify, and promote our language courses abroad. Your main responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities, prioritizing prospects with the highest conversion potential. You will be responsible for establishing contact, following up with clients, answering questions, and referring those with the highest likelihood of closing to the representatives.

Responsibilities
- Sales Generation:



Actively identify and pursue sales opportunities by contacting potential clients interested in language courses abroad.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing suitable solutions based on our language course offerings.
- Consultative Selling: Utilize your sales expertise to engage with prospective clients, offering personalized advice and recommendations to match their language learning goals and objectives.
- Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our language courses, destinations, and associated services, staying up to date with industry trends and competitors.
- Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support as required.
- International Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues from various countries and cultural backgrounds to exchange best practices and deliver a consistent integral experience for our clients.
