Your Mission
We are looking for a Billing Analyst to join our fast-growing finance team.
Reporting to our Billing Leader you will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the billing and collections processes within a world-class payment processing company. This role involves analyzing data, resolving invoice related issues and collaborating with internal teams to ensure that billing processes meet quality standards and applicable regulations. The Billing Analyst plays a key role in optimizing billing systems and improving the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Invoice Management and Analysis
- Process and review invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Analyze billing data to identify discrepancies, errors or areas for improvement.
- Perform reconciliations between billing systems, payment platforms and accounting records.
2. Troubleshooting and Support
- Investigate and resolve invoice related issue
