- Operational Excellence: Solid understanding of operational processes, service delivery models, and efficiency improvement.
- Project Leadership: Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects, ensuring on-time and within-scope delivery.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to interpret data,



identify trends, and develop data-driven solutions.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication (written/verbal) and ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
- LATAM Market Knowledge: Familiarity with specific market dynamics, competitive landscape, and client needs within Latin America.
- Technical Proficiency: Competency in project management software, data analytics tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and AI tools.
- Adaptability: Proactive approach to adapting to changing priorities and addressing opportunities/challenges.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in client management, operations, or business development with a proven track record.
- Language: English B2 (non-negotiable).
