We are hiring a full-time Lead Generator to join our in-office team in Medellín, Colombia. This is not a boiler-room cold calling job — it’s a targeted outbound role that uses internal data and smart outreach strategies to connect with decision-makers and generate qualified sales opportunities.
The role involves calling, emailing, texting, and messaging business owners and managers across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn and other social channels. You’ll be responsible for identifying the most relevant prospects in our database, reaching out with confidence, and converting them into booked appointments, referrals, or follow-ups for our sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Use internal data to identify high-potential contacts for outreach
- Perform targeted, personalized outbound outreach via phone, email, SMS, and social media platforms
- Schedule appointments, send follow-up materials, or initiate next steps with interested parties
- Research companies and decision-makers to determine fit and priorities before making contact




- Track outreach and lead progress in CRM systems
- Attend internal meetings to report weekly lead generation performance
- Occasionally join virtual meetings with prospects as needed

Requirements:
- High-level English fluency (spoken and written)
- Strong communication skills and charismatic phone presence
- Confidence to cold call, ask questions, and handle objections professionally
- Experience with outreach via email, phone, SMS, and LinkedIn or similar platforms
- Ability to learn about various industries and tailor outreach to the target audience
- Organized and capable of managing multiple outreach efforts simultaneously
- Must work full-time and in-office in Medellín, Colombia
