What You’ll Do
This role is for someone with hands‑on experience managing paid media campaigns who wants to grow by working across multiple platforms and markets. You will launch, monitor, and optimize paid media campaigns in Mexico, Brazil, and Colombia, using AI as a core part of your workflow to generate ad copy variants, summarize performance data, and build audience hypotheses. The position offers a hands‑on, detail‑driven role with direct impact on how we grow in Latin America.
Responsibilities
- Launch, monitor, and perform quality assurance of campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
- Set up tracking and attribution according to internal guidelines – including AI‑assisted tagging validation and anomaly detection.
- Use AI tools daily to accelerate campaign work: generating ad copy variants, summarizing performance data, building audience hypotheses, and drafting creative briefs.
- Conduct keyword and audience research using both native platform tools and AI‑powered research assistants (e.g., Claude, Perplexity, ChatGPT, custom GPTs).
- Support A/B tests and make regular optimizations – using AI to generate hypotheses, interpret results, and suggest next steps.
- Build and maintain recurring performance reports, leveraging AI to surface insights and write narrative summaries.
- Use automation tools (e.g., n8n, Make, Zapier) to reduce repetitive manual work and create scalable workflows around campaign management.
- Work closely with the Growth Team and support teams – using AI to speed up collaboration, from briefing creative to aligning on copy.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and/or LinkedIn Ads (other platforms are a plus, but not required).
- Know how to navigate ad platforms, create audiences, choose formats, and optimize campaigns.
