Thought Leadership Analyst – Hybrid, Bogotá, Colombia.

Language requirement: English B2+ / C1 (mandatory).

Role summary: Responsible for transforming data into strategic insights that drive decision‑making and strengthen client relationships. Combines advanced analytics, market understanding and storytelling to create high‑value narratives.

Key Responsibilities
- Leverage internal and external data sources, combining analytical rigor with storytelling to deliver actionable insights.
- Develop forward‑looking, data‑driven narratives addressing industry trends, business challenges and emerging opportunities.
- Proactively identify key business questions and collaborate with teams to align insights with client goals and priorities.
- Conduct primary and secondary research using internal data, market intelligence and external benchmarks.
- Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights tailored to specific industries, client segments or strategic initiatives.
- Create deliverables such as presentations, white papers,



executive briefs and other materials with strong visual storytelling.
- Measure the impact of thought leadership initiatives on client engagement, brand positioning and sales enablement.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Marketing or related field (advanced degree a plus).
