Corporate Social Responsibility Specialist
The CSR Specialist has a critical role in the operational success of TransPerfect’s Compliance & Privacy Programs ensuring management and delivery of tasks and deadlines required by regulatory, statutory or other requirements, as well as managing programs as assigned by the Compliance & Privacy Officer, DPO.
The CSR Specialist leads efforts architecting & stewarding of enterprise CSR strategy, structure and processes under guidance of the General Compliance and Privacy Officer.
The CSR Specialist is responsible for establishing standards and implementing procedures to ensure that the CSR programs throughout the organization are effective and efficient in identifying, preventing, detecting and correcting noncompliance with applicable rules and regulations.
The CSR Specialist is responsible for providing reasonable assurance to the Corporate Compliance Committee that there are effective and efficient policies and procedures in place, that they are well understood and respected by all employees,



and that the company is complying with all regulatory requirements.
DESCRIPTION:
- As a leading expert in CSR requirements, the CSR Compliance Specialist works closely with the Global Compliance and Privacy Officer, DPO as well as all relevant teams and personnel within or outside of TransPerfect for the development, implementation, execution, monitoring of all relevant requirements.
- Actively monitors and maintains current knowledge of laws, regulations and standards keeping abreast of recent changes.
- Develops annual CSR work plan that reflects the company’s highest risks that will be monitored by the compliance function as determined by conducting a mandatory annual risk assessment using an enterprise wide approach.
- Provides guidance to employees on CSR.
- Oversees and monitors the implementation of the CSR compliance program.
- Reports on a regular basis on the progress of implementation, and assisting these components in CSR.
