We are growing internationally and are looking for a Solutions Architect to help us land this mission with every client, ensuring that our technology becomes a real, robust, and scalable solution.
How You Will Make a Difference
Your mission is to be the technical pillar of our implementations. You won't just integrate data; you will be the one who translates the client's operational needs into an Orquest configuration that delivers real value from day one.
- Technical consulting: You will be the point of reference for the client's IT, HR and Operations team. You will guide them with our REST API and know how to manage technical expectations with assertiveness and judgment.
- Functional Discovery:
You will understand what really happens at the point of sale to anticipate risks before they affect deployment.
- Quality Culture (QA): You will design rigorous testing plans. Your goal is for the step to production to be flawless and the incident rate to be minimal.
- Stakeholder Management: You will work hand‑in‑hand with the Project Manager, maintaining strategic communication with high‑level profiles and providing clear solutions in high‑pressure environments.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 3 – 5 years (or more) of experience as a Solutions Architect, technical consultant and Implementation architect in SaaS environments. If you also come from the world of Workforce Management (WFM), we will be thrilled.
- Languages: You are comfortable working in Spanish, English, and Portuguese. It is essential for our international projects.
