How you create impact
- Support the execution of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Partner with managers and supervisors to provide guidance on people‑related matters, workforce planning, performance improvement plans, training needs, and employee relations.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, monitor hiring progress, participate in final candidate interviews, and analyze recruitment KPIs.
- Manage onboarding activities,



ensuring a smooth integration experience for new employees.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, including eNPS, GPTW action plans, recognition programs, and organizational culture activities.
- Assist in the administration of temporary contracts, internships, apprenticeships, and personnel‑related processes.
- Support disciplinary processes, employee communications, and HR administration activities while ensuring compliance with labor legislation and company policy.

What we would like you to bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Social Work, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, Junior HR Business Partner, or in a similar Human Resources role.
- Solid knowledge of labor legislation, employee relations, and disciplinary processes.
- Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and training initiatives.
