What Youll Do
- Oversee daily facilities operations, ensuring buildings are clean, safe, and efficient
- Coordinate maintenance activities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems
- Manage and supervise a small team of maintenance technicians and external service providers
- Schedule and conduct preventative maintenance to prevent unexpected facility failures
- Lead on-site inspections and implement safety protocols
- Liaise with security, IT, and operations teams to ensure facilities support business needs
- Maintain accurate records, including maintenance logs, vendor contracts, and compliance documentation
- Support renovation projects, office moves, and space reconfigurations

Who You Are




- Experienced in facilities management, building operations, or maintenance supervision
- Strong technical understanding of infrastructure systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing)
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills able to coordinate teams and external suppliers
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
- Problem-solver who remains calm under pressure and adapts to changing priorities
- Clear communicator with good stakeholder management skills, C1 level English required
