We are seeking a Staff Accountant & Billing Analyst to join our growing team in Barranquilla. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting and billing processes, ensuring invoicing accuracy, resolving billing discrepancies, supporting financial reporting, and assisting field operations with hourly employee timekeeping data required for payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full accounting and billing cycle.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Support month-end close and financial reporting activities.
- Assist field operations with employee time clock data entry and validation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support payroll processing.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Analyze billing and payroll data to identify and resolve issues.

Skills & Knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration,



or a related field.
- Experience in billing, accounts receivable (AR), or a related accounting/finance role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with accounting, billing, and ERP systems is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Must be located in Barranquilla.
- English proficiency is required.
