About The Role

At Cloud9,



we’re building a profitable, fast‑moving company at the intersection of AI and revenue operations. We’re looking for a Talent Partner to help us scale hiring across the company — from AI and engineering roles to operations, business and hospitality positions. This is not a traditional recruiting role.

We expect you to move fast, think in systems and use AI tools to source, evaluate and operate more efficiently. You’ll work closely with the CEO and Recruiting Lead, playing a key role in building the team across multiple functions and geographies.

What You’ll Do
- Own end‑to‑end recruiting across functions
- Hire across AI, engineering, product, data, operations and hospitality roles
- Support hiring in Colombia, the US and other markets as needed
- Adapt quickly to different role types and hiring needs
- Source like an operator
- Use LinkedIn, networks and creative sourcing strategies across multiple
