In PublicisGroupe/PXP-Bogotá, we are seeking a CreativeDirector with 2 to 3 years of experience in audiovisual production, advertising and marketing agencies. Your mission is to provide artistic and conceptual direction for advertising campaigns across various brands.

Responsabilidades
- Lead the creation and development of innovative and strategic concepts,



ensuring alignment with the client’s brand vision and values.
- Direct and supervise creative teams, providing guidance and ensuring project delivery.
- Manage briefs for follow-up and execution.
- Oversee and track creative projects, ensuring alignment with the requirements of assigned accounts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to integrate fresh and innovative approaches into creative work.
- Ensure compliance with company processes, policies, and procedures at both local and regional levels.

Cualificaciones
- Skills in customer service, analysis, organization, negotiation, and project management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate creative teams.
- Experience in creating internationally recognized award-winning campaigns, preferably with awards from festivals such as Cannes Lions.
