Your expertise will help maintain vendor compliance, streamline processes, and support our local teams, making a meaningful impact on our business and the communities we serve.

How you’ll make an impact
- Ensure vendor compliance by reviewing invoices and approvals, contributing to a seamless accounts payable process.
- Support LATAM offices with supplier invoice processing, payment preparation, and multi‑currency transactions.
- Maintain and enhance vendor records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with local teams, tax, and accounting to address regulatory changes and reporting requirements.
- Conduct training sessions to empower internal and local LATAM staff with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist in maintaining the LATAM Authorization Structure and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
