We’re looking for a Trading Manager, LATAM to lead our regional Trading team and drive excellence across programmatic campaign execution, optimization, and profitability. This role partners closely with Sales, Account Management, and global Trading teams to deliver strong results across the region.

What you’ll do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Tradersacross LATAM.
- Set team priorities, balance workloads,



and ensure high standards in operational and analytical execution.
- Oversee campaign setup, QA, launch, pacing, and optimization across multiple DSPs.
- Ensure campaigns meet KPIs, margin goals, quality standards, and company policies.
- Act as an escalation point for pricing, custom rates, and special packages in partnership with Trading Leadership and Finance.
- Monitor campaign and portfolio profitability, adjusting delivery and performance as needed.
- Support RFPs, scoping, and client proposals with strong tactical recommendations and realistic investment levels.
- Partner with internal and client-facing teams to explain results, optimizations, and growth opportunities.
- Drive best practices, governance, documentation, and process consistency across LATAM.
