Are you a technical expert with a passion for iGaming and live casino operations? Were looking for a Senior Gaming Equipment Administrator (Portuguese-speaking) to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia, where you will oversee mission-critical gaming hardware and support our growing live casino studio.
What You'll Do
- Install, configure, and maintain gaming equipment, including live-dealer tables and peripherals
- Manage firmware and software updates, ensuring seamless communication between gaming and media servers
- Diagnose and resolve real-time technical issues to protect broadcast continuity
- Maintain clear system documentation equipment inventories, network diagrams, and maintenance logs
- Support deployment of new games and equipment across the studio
- Train and mentor junior equipment and technical support staff
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and production teams daily
Who You Are
- Skilled in gaming hardware support or live-casino system administration
- Strong understanding of networking, hardware integration, and troubleshooting
- Detail-oriented with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Communicative and collaborative, able to work across departments
- Fluent in Portuguese; English or Spanish is beneficial
