At Contact Point 360, we are hiring Bilingual Backoffice Agents to support international home solutions companies. No previous experience required. 100% paid training from day one.
What We Offer
- Base salary: COP $2,500,000 per month
- Performance bonus: COP $200,000 per month
- Hiring bonus: COP $1,000,000
- Indefinite–term contract + legal benefits

Schedule & Location
Fixed schedule: 42 hours per week; 2 days off per week. Work modality: On‑site / Hybrid. Location: Calle 97 & Autopista Norte, Bogotá.
Responsibilities
- Perform back‑office tasks and administrative support for international accounts.
- Review, process, and update information accurately in internal systems.
- Ensure data quality and compliance with internal procedures.
- Support operational teams with documentation and process management.
- Meet productivity and quality performance metrics.

Requirements
- Advanced English (B2+ or higher).
- Strong written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- No previous experience required.
