Responsibilities
- Planning, coordinating, and evaluating the work of company employees and subcontractors.
- Ensuring the necessary conditions for smooth execution of work.
- Ensuring high-quality and timely completion of tasks and improving work quality.
- Completing timesheets and work progress reports.
- Resolving issues as they arise.
- Maintaining close communication with clients and subcontractors.
- Working on overseas assignments.

Qualifications
- Have solid experience in ship hull fitting.
- Communicate fluently in English (Russian is an advantage).
- Be proficient in using MS Office programs.
- Have skills and a understanding in the field of engineering and technology (technical education is an advantage).
- Hold a category B driving license.
- Be detail-oriented, loyal, responsible, and have strong communication skills.
- Have knowledge of occupational health and safety, fire safety, and environmental protection regulations (an advantage).

Location & Compensation
