Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to guide two to three teams in a SAFe environment. You will ensure Agile practices, support backlog health with Product Owners and Engineering Leaders, and help mature cross-team collaboration across embedded device software projects.
The role requires 8+ years in Scrum Master roles, a CSM or equivalent certification, and strong communication with both technical and leadership teams. Fluency in English (B2) is required.
