Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain SAP solutions aligned with business needs and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical approaches and deliver impactful features.
- Analyze business processes and translate them into effective SAP configurations and enhancements.
- Provide expert guidance on SAP modules and contribute to the continuous improvement of existing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure the reliability and stability of SAP applications.
- Participate in the full solution lifecycle, from planning and design through to deployment and support.




- Contribute to architectural discussions and propose enhancements to existing systems and technical practices.
- Engage in Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional relevant expertise in SAP engineering.
- Solid experience with Personnel Management and Administration within SAP.
- Practical knowledge of SAP-HR, including Organizational Management, for structuring and maintaining organizational data.
- Hands‑on experience with Time Management, including Time Evaluation, for accurate tracking and processing of employee time data.
- Comfortable working in English-speaking environments (B2 level or higher).
