Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Payroll Analyst to support the accurate and timely processing of payroll operations. This role is responsible for ensuring payroll data integrity, maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations, and providing exceptional support to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll accurately and on time for employees and contractors.
- Review and validate payroll data, including hours worked, earnings, deductions, taxes, and benefits.
- Reconcile payroll reports and identify discrepancies to ensure data accuracy.
- Maintain employee payroll records and update information as needed.
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and company policies.




- Support payroll audits and assist with reporting and documentation requirements.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Analyze payroll data and generate reports to support decision-making and operational efficiency.

Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Payroll.
- B2 English level proficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll systems.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
