At WTW, we are looking for a Tech Lead who combines strong technical leadership with a clear focus on software integration and enterprise solutions. This role plays a key part in connecting platforms, enabling the business, and evolving our technology ecosystems, rather than focusing on pure greenfield development.
The idóneo candidate is comfortable working in complex environments, collaborating with multiple stakeholders, and developing teams with diverse levels of technical maturity, acting as both a technical reference and a mentor.
The Role
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions using modern technologies such as Angular, .NET, and SQL.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Plan, estimate, and prioritize development activities, ensuring efficient allocation of tasks and timely delivery of commitments.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment and maintenance.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, secure,
and scalable code through the application of clean code principles and secure development practices.
- Facilitate collaboration between development teams and other stakeholders to support successful integration with third-party systems.
- Monitor team performance and continuously drive improvements in productivity, quality, and delivery outcomes.
The Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development using.NET, Angular, and SQL.
- Proven experience leading or mentoring development teams.
- Strong background in systems integration, APIs, and third-party platforms.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (minimum B2 level), enabling effective communication in a global environment.
- Solid understanding of software development best practices, including clean code, secure development
