We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Generalist to join our team in Bogotá. This role serves as a key liaison between HR and business units, driving people strategies that support organizational goals. The person will play a critical role in talent development, organizational effectiveness, and fostering a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational objectives.
- Lead workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning initiatives.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision‑making and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with Colombian labor laws and internal policies.
- Champion diversity, equity,



and inclusion across the organization.
- Facilitate organizational change and culture‑building initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in multinational or fast‑paced environments.
- Strong knowledge of Colombian labor legislation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic mindset with hands‑on execution capabilities.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Experience with HRIS systems and data‑driven decision‑making.
