We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Payroll Specialist to join our HR and Payroll operations team. This role is critical in ensuring seamless employee management, payroll accuracy, compliance, and benefits administration through the ADP platform. The adecuado candidate will have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple HR functions with professionalism. A good level of English is encouraged, but not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Management: Add new employees and complete onboarding steps; Update employee profiles (personal data, job info, pay rates, deductions, benefits); Process terminations and offboarding activities; Manage employee documents and acknowledgments.
- Payroll Administration: Enter, edit, and approve payroll data; Process regular and off-cycle payroll runs; Manage direct deposit information; Set up and maintain earnings, deductions, and reimbursements; Review payroll reports (pre-process and post-process); Handle tax updates, adjustments, and corrections.
- Time & Attendance Management:



Review and approve time cards; Correct missing punches and time entry errors; Manage schedules, shifts, and time rules; Configure and maintain time-off policies (PTO, sick leave, etc.); Approve time-off requests.
- Benefits Administration: Configure benefit plans and eligibility rules; Update enrollments during open enrollment or life events; Approve benefit changes; Generate benefit-related reports.
- HR & Compliance: Maintain company policies and handbooks; Manage performance reviews; Create and assign training; Track certifications and renewals; Handle compliance reports.
- Reporting & Analytics: Run and customize standard reports; Build custom reports or export templates; Schedule recurring reports; Audit system activity, changes, errors, and exceptions.
