Position Overview
As a Client Partner for Netflix Ads in the Andean region (Colombia and Peru), you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by developing strategic relationships with the top 50 advertisers of the region (key accounts) and the main media agencies. The role requires a proactive and dynamic individual who can work in close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to achieve regional sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Andean market to maximize revenue potential from key accounts and top agencies.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase revenue from existing and potential key accounts; achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Negotiate agency deals and client NPPs.
- Maintain long‑lasting relationships with key accounts,



understanding their business needs and offering tailored advertising solutions.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional Netflix teams to align strategies and ensure a unified approach to the market.
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape and emerging opportunities in the advertising space.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the value and capabilities of Netflix Ads.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the Regional Head of Sales on sales activities, pipeline status and revenue forecasts.

- 5+ years of experience in advertising (incl. sales) with a proven track record of delivering revenue growth.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the advertising industry.
