As a technical baseline manager on our team, you’ll work with Booz Allen colleagues and DoW clients to analyze, architect, engineer, integrate, test, and deploy the next generation of resilient Environmental Monitoring (EM) and Tactical Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (TISR) systems. You’ll develop, integrate, and manage Technical Requirements Documents (TRDs), Interface Control Documents (ICDs), and Models-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) products. You’ll provide technical advice to senior program managers and executives on space system and segment design, and test issues to inform major program decisions.



You’ll perform systems engineering and program management functions in support of design reviews, technical evaluations, and requirements verification. You’ll analyze problems, develop technical reports, make recommendations, and work with government and corporate stakeholders to implement recommended solutions.

You Have
- 4+ years of experience working on large-scale space systems engineering, integration, and development programs
- 2+ years of experience performing and leading a team in the development and management of technical specifications, ICDs, concepts of operations (CONOPS), architectural designs, and integration and test plans
- Experience leading requirements and interface management efforts for a major program
- Experience coordinating and presenting technical changes across large stakeholder groups through review boards, including configuration control or engineering review
