As the Presales Engineer for Latin America region, your primary focus is to drive revenue growth within the largest telecommunications companies and system integrators for Linkyfi in the LatAm region. Pre-sales engineers play a crucial role in the sales process by providing technical expertise and support to potential customers before a sale is finalised. In Linkyfi candidate will cooperate with big, well-known brands around the world and be expertise for their WIFi design.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the subject matter expert for WiFi design, providing in-depth technical knowledge to potential customers.
- Collaborate with big, well-known brands globally, understanding their unique requirements and tailoring WiFi solutions to meet their needs.
- Effectively communicate with clients in English, demonstrating a clear understanding of their technical needs and articulating solutions.
- Navigate and utilize CRM systems proficiently to manage and track customer interactions, ensuring a streamlined and organized workflow.
- Utilize your experience to develop and present proof of concepts,



showcasing the capabilities and benefits of Linkyfi's solutions.
- Engage with new partners, building and nurturing relationships to expand companies network.
- Work closely with existing partners, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and identifying opportunities for collaboration on new projects.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer or similar role, with a focus on WiFi design.
- Strong English and Spanish language skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce or other CRM systems.
