Job Title: E-Commerce Specialist (Amazon)
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our Amazon marketplace presence. The adecuado candidate will be responsible for maintaining product listings, monitoring inventory, supporting order management, and driving sales growth through effective marketplace management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Amazon Seller Central account.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking to prevent stock shortages.
- Process and monitor customer orders, returns, and refunds.
- Respond to customer inquiries and maintain excellent seller performance metrics.
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports.
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.
- Assist with Amazon advertising campaigns (PPC) and promotional activities.
- Ensure listings comply with Amazon policies and guidelines.




- Collaborate with internal teams to launch new products and improve existing listings.

Requirements
- Previous experience managing Amazon Seller Central or other e-commerce marketplaces.
- Understanding of Amazon listing optimization and marketplace best practices.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Amazon PPC campaigns.
- Knowledge of inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Experience with additional e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Walmart Marketplace, or eBay is a plus.
