We’re Hiring: People Operations Specialist

What you’ll do:
- Execute day-to-day People Services activities across the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, leave management, etc.).
- Act as the primary point of contact for managers, providing guidance on HR systems, policies, and processes.
- Partner closely with global stakeholders, supporting teams across multiple regions and time zones.
- Leverage AI and automation tools to continuously improve People processes and enhance the employee experience.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data management in HRIS platforms such as Workday.

What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.




- 3–5 years of experience in HR Shared Services or People Operations (regional or global exposure strongly preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Workday and/or ServiceNow.
- Solid knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation.
- Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish, and Portuguese.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a customer-service mindset.
