Role Summary and Impact

The SEO Senior Director for Latin America will lead the development, commercialization, and regional scaling of WPP Media’s SEO products and services across LATAM. This role is responsible for shaping and scaling a future-ready SEO value proposition across LATAM that helps clients improve organic visibility, search relevance, brand authority, and discoverability across traditional search, social platforms,



commerce environments, and emerging AI-driven search experiences.

The role will act as a senior commercial and strategic SEO leader, partnering directly with client teams and clients to identify growth opportunities, build trust, and convert SEO capabilities into scalable business solutions. This position will also lead and support the evolution of the current SEO team, ensuring the right operating model, governance, and delivery standards are in place to support regional growth.
