Remote UX Researcher - Colombia

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced UX Researcher to join our remote team in Colombia. The idóneo candidate will have extensive experience in UX research, usability, information design, and information architecture. You will be responsible for creating viable and holistic user experiences, particularly within complex data-rich workflows, platforms, and design systems.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct extensive UX research to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations.
- Utilize various research methods such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analytics to gather insights.




- Analyze and interpret data to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and product managers, to create user-centered designs.
- Develop and maintain information architecture, ensuring that it supports seamless and intuitive user experiences.
- Design and conduct usability tests to evaluate the effectiveness of design solutions.
- Communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders through reports and presentations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX research and design.

Qualifications:
