We're looking for a Backend Engineer with 3–4+ years of experience to design, build, and maintain the server-side systems that power our products. You'll work on scalable APIs, data pipelines, and core services, collaborating closely with frontend, product, and infrastructure teams.

Specific responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs, and microservices.
- Write clean, testable, and well-documented code.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Design and manage relational and/or NoSQL database schemas and queries.
- Build and maintain integrations with third-party services and internal systems.
- Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and architecture decisions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for backend systems.
